• The look of Uniform Kits in our EZ-Kit program was specifically designed by your organization. We cannot fulfill any requests to modify the appearance of items offered on your organization’s store page.
• When You Get Your Uniform
• Once you have received your order, we recommend inspecting your order within 48 hours of delivery. If you notice an issue with a product, do not use it. Instead, please contact us, provide your order information (order number, email address, etc.), and attach pictures or videos displaying the issue.

EZ Kit FAQ/Return Policy

• RETURN POLICY
• All items purchased on Team.WeGotSoccer.com are FINAL SALE, meaning they are not eligible for returns or exchanges (in-store or online), nor cancellations after being placed. Please take extra care when selecting sizes and submitting player information.
• DEFECTS
• We guarantee that our uniform apparel will be free of manufacturing and personalization defects for 6 months from the date of purchase. Be mindful that this policy does not cover things such as:
• pulls in fabric
• color loss
• shrinkage after a wash cycle
• Additionally, our policy does not cover product damage inflicted by misuse or accidents. If your uniform item has peeling logos/decals or any other potential defects, please contact us immediately.
• When submitting an email regarding a defective item, please provide your order information (order number, email address, etc.) and attach pictures or videos that display the issue.

Team Uniforms - EZ Kit FAQ/Return Policy

• Due to the customization of uniform kit purchases, payment is collected immediately
• Selection of expedited shipping will only expedite the time in transit, it does not impact the processing time of uniform kit orders or customized items
• Your uniform kit is selected specifically by your organization, modifications at your request cannot be made to alter the look or components of the uniform kit
• Customized items are considered final sale items and may not be returned or exchanged. This includes any item with an organization's logo, player name or number

• Non-custom items in your uniform kit may be exchanged for in-stock sizes, Please follow the 2-step exchange process below:
• Step 1: Place an order for the new non-custom item within your organizations ordering page
• Step 2: To return the non-custom item(s) that did not fit, email [email protected] for your return authorization. Once the returned item(s) has been received we will issue a refund to your original form of payment
• Step 2 cannot be processed if Step 1 is not complete

• The return of non-returnable/non-exchangeable items, without adhering to the stated policy will be returned to the customer with a $9.99 service and shipment fee to the original form of payment
